Nigel Hunt Kits - Upgrade/Detailing kits for commercial locomotives

Finescaling conversion kits for the Graham Farish WD 2-8-0 and LMS Ivatt 2-6-0. Both kits retain the existing loco chassis, gears and motor, and a simple etched replacement chassis is provided for the tender. Etched parts are provided as replacements for most of the valve gear and motion. 2mm Scale Association finescale wheels are also required. Price for either etch is £11 each, plus postage and packing.

(July 2015) Now available - Finescaling kit for Graham Farish LMS Fairburn tank. The kit include etched replacement valve gear and motion, bogie and pony truck, plus front steps. Requires GF conversion bearings, muffs and a gear muff from Shop3. Photograph below shows example using a test etch.
